Это был просто маленький эксперимент, до практического применения не дошло: выяснилось, что труба 40х40х1.5 слабовата для попереной части рамы трайка. Детали были вырезаны на лазере вместе с основным заказом, но лежали до недавнего времени. На днях взгрустнулось, решил все-таки соединить. Получилось, все, как планировал.

During last riding at me suddenly rushed dog, I pressed brake levers that trike has embarked on two front wheels. Good front hydraulic brakes... Dogs have very quickly escaped from my stone...

PS Видно, что заднее колесо в поворотах наклоняется вместе с задней "вилкой". Хоть и не мешает, но этот недостаток предстоит побороть...

Combined chaintube. First testing.

Today I have tested the experimental chaintube. With a new tube it became much easier to twist pedals. Small inconvenience - a quiet noise from contact chain and wall of tube...
Experiment while successful, I will observe as the tube will behave further. I am happy...

Trial riding on trike have shown that chain tubes create a friction for which overcoming it is necessary to spend additional efforts.
I have decided to try to make an experimental tube with rollers.

Трубка цепи из термоусадки

Обычная термоусадка (размеры видны на фото).

Подвешиваем вертикально 1 метр термоусадки, снизу дуем феном (лучше через металлическую воронку, чтобы калории не терять ;0) ) до посинения, т.е. пока вся т/усадка не сожмется в более толстую (в смысле толщина стенки) трубку с диаметром 10 мм. Максимальный поперечный размер цепи 8,5 мм.

- Как добиться, чтобы она сжималась равномерно, по всей длине?
Просто греть. Никуда она не денется, сожмется ровно.

Т/усадка очень скользкая и гибкая, но испытания покажут, чего она стоит. И это очень скоро я увижу...

На авторазборке было куплено зеркало с переднего крыла от праворульного внедорожника.
Консоль сделана из алюминиевой трубки 25 мм., угловые крепежи от системы сборных торговых прилавков. Также был закреплен фонарик и AirZound (горн).

Safety flag (флаг безопасности) сделал сам. В качестве гибкого шеста применил автомобильную антенну из стекловолокна. При этом не пришлось решать проблему - как закрепить флаг. Антенна имеет хорошее крепление с пружиной.
Флаг из желтой плащевки + ScotchLight полосы.

First successful riding (Первая успешная каталка на трайке)

At last the first successful driving on trike today has taken place. After last change of a configuration of a chainline to twist pedals became easily and silently
Yesterday, just at the first brake left disk was jummed . It happened because of the fact that the left kaliper was installed incorrectly. And it because I did not take into account that the kaliper working surface deployed at 45 degrees to the mounting. Therefore, the right kaliper been installed without problems, but the left was able to attach to only one bolt (for testing)... I had to remove the front left disc and therefore front brakes did not work. It was found that the brake only the rear brake is ineffective and even dangerous at high speeds. When you try to stop at the speed of the rear brake Trike starting slidin rear axis and a great chance of overturning.

In practice it was found out that the effort which is applied by a back suspension bracket on a back pipe is compensated by that effort which renders an armchair.Also established ammo the low shift and a back suspension bracket has very much is very seldom compressed so that the children's armchair concerns wheels. But sometimes all the same concerns. Therefore the children's armchair will be mounted on another way. While I think, how it is better to make it.PS I at a stage scetching had fears that trike with the child sitting behind will be very unstable. It has in practice appeared that no problems with stability are present.
