Новая BMS (заменена продавцом) с индикаторами

Купил светодиодные модули, получился неплохой индикатор для новой (замененной продавцом) BMS. 

Quadro-trike. First riding.

Recumbent Trike with two rear wheel (independent read suspension) pedal drive on the left rear, wheel electric hub-motor on the right rear wheel. High riding position, cool view of the trail ahead.
The lateral part of the frame with the front wheels fast fixed, so you can within several minutes unbuckling lateral part of the frame, along with side front wheels in gathering.

The main part of the frame is made without the use of welding, laser cut sheet metal and use structural aluminum profile only.

Собрал трайк давно, но потом были проблемы: то ось сломал у мотора, то батарейка горела ярким пламенем.
Наконец сегодня все опять собрал и даже смог покататься. Как обычно не мог не сломать что-нибудь : на этот раз не выдержала ось левого заднего колеса ( 10 мм.) , начала гнуться, цепь задняя стала слетать хронически. Пришлось только на электротяге погонять... Понравилось, тянет зверски.

Так что теперь предстоит ось заменить и еще кое-какие мелочи доделать.

Battery from Cammy_CC (Vpower) burned !

Short history:

On March, 4th I won auction on Ebay - battery LiFePo4 from Cammy_CC.    

On April, 25th I have begun testing of a battery by means of the professional device for training of accumulators. At once it became clear that at least 3 cells aren't charged normally and discharged fastest. 

I have measured pressure on each cell and have sent the table with given to the seller - Cammy_СС.   Cammy at once has suggested to send cells for replacement, as it has been made.

I have received cells, but time to be engaged in battery repair wasn't - my trike still hasn't been finished, to me very long did some details. At  today all was ready to tests.

I have shipped disassembled trike in the lift, the battery was in a cover on a seat, power plugs haven't been connected (the controller is fixed on a frame, and the battery on a seat which has been removed).

The lift only has begun movement from 8th floor as the smoke at first has gone, and then and there was an open flame around a positive wire of the battery. I hardly have had time to pull out BMS from a cover and to disconnect a power socket. But somewhere continued shorted and the battery continued to burn. As a result I managed to bring down a flame, but control wires to BMS had time to burn out, paths on BMS too had time to turn black.

It was necessary to come back home at once and at once to start to disassemble the battery (that something else hasn't short connected). Already at battery dismantling it became clear, why some cells didn't hold full capacity - on many cells the contact steel tape came off together with a textile tape by which the battery has been wound. 

Contact welding of elements of the battery is made with very bad quality, many elements simply haven't been connected.

Finally I have many separate cells and burned BMS :

After all it I consider that will be fair to demand from the seller (Cammy_СС) and even from the real manufacturer of this of batteries (VPower) replacement of all battery or at least BMS plus some cells of the battery.

Тестирование и балансировка батарейки...

Получил на днях батарейку от Cammy_CC LiFePo4 48V 10 Ah (наклейки на батарейке и заряднике от Vpower).

Вчера я зарядил батарею и с помощью прибора для тестирования аккумуляторов начал разряжать батарею постоянным током 2,25 А.

Через 20 минут BMS отключила разрядку батареи.

Я опять поставил на всю ночь заряжать батарею, утром опять начал разряжать с помощью прибора. На этот раз батарея продержалась 30 минут и BMS выключила батарею при напряжении 51.48 V.

Насколько я понимаю, BMS должна отключать батарею при напряжении примерно 33 V.
Проверил на разъёме БМС напряжение на каждой ячейке :
3,73-3,76-3,81-3,81-3,77-3,71-3,77-3,72-3,32-3,78-3,77-3,83-3,76-3,83-3,27

Ночью батарейка стояла заряженная без зарядки. С утра поставил на зарядку, BMS хорошо теплая, напряжения померил после утренней зарядки в течении примерно 2-х часов, продолжил заряжать....
Разрядил батарею, при этом та ячейка, что была 3,32 стала вровень со всеми, и только последняя пока отстает.
При напруге 3,25 на всех остальных на ней при отключении BMS осталось 2,8 В.

Поставил опять заряжать...

Получил батарейку LiFePo

Сегодня пришло уведомление на посылку из Китая ! Батарейка приехала !

Завтра получу, посмотрю...

LiFePo4 на ebay выйграл.

4 марта не удалось выйграть аукцион на ebay по покупке LiFePO4 48V 10AH (на последней секунде кто-то перебил на USD30). 

Зато  поискав заканчивающийся аукцион, влез в него и также на последней секунде выйграл LiFePo4 36V 15 AH. По количеству элементов одинаково с проигранной батарейкой, даже остаются лишние... И по цене получилось меньше.Все-равно хочу перепаковать по-своему, чтобы расположить за сиденьем трайка.

Сегодня получил от Cammy_CC подтверждение о получении оплаты:
